During our recent family vacation at Zem Hotel, we enjoyed a comfortable and welcoming stay. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth; I especially appreciated Ali at the reception, who answered all my questions about local attractions. Our little one, just under six, loved the cozy atmosphere and the spaces to play. Zem Hotel is perfectly situated near major historical sights, making it easy to explore the city's rich heritage. We adored the convenience of being close to restaurants and the tram stop. One of our favorite moments was a birthday surprise for my child-a cake delivered to our room. Such delightful gestures made our stay memorable. If you're looking for family-friendly amenities in a welcoming environment, Zem Hotel should be on your list!
